And So It Begins...



As of March 1st, I have been working towards my goal of getting healthy and staying healthy. After careful thought, my husband and I have decided to change to a low carbohydrate lifestyle (we're saying lifestyle as opposed to diet... makes it seem more concrete, right?!), paired with regular exercise. My goal in keeping this blog is to share and review recipes I've used, as well as to track my overall progress. Alright... here it goes!
